Mr. Su Weili has over 10 years of business experience in the photovoltaic field especially in the sector of solar power plants development since 2001. In 2009, Mr. Su, as the principal creator, established the Sky Solar Holdings Co., Ltd on the base of relevant subsidiaries of Sky Solar Group.

In 2007, Mr. Su established Sky Solar New Energy Institute in Changzhou, China, which is responsible for the Quality monitoring on global supply chain of Sky Solar. The Institute was awarded CNAS certificate, which marked it became the only privately-run and independent State-grade Photovoltaic Products Inspection Center.

During 2006~2009, the Sky Solar Group established over ten subsidiaries respectively in Spain, Germany, Czech, Canada, USA etc, and accomplished the development, construction and management of many big-scale solar power plants, totally over 100MW. The Sky Solar Group was the pioneer of Chinese-background firms that exploited in the major PV markets of the world with fairly high reputation.

In 2005, Mr. Su created Sky Solar Group, began to exploit business of investment, financing and development of solar power plants in European and American PV market.

In 2001, Mr. Su successfully propelled Tianwei Baobian Electric Co., Ltd taking strategic stake of Baoding Yingli New Energy Co., Ltd, and Mr. Su also acted as the third shareholder of Yingli, established the joint-venture, Tianwei Yingli, afterwards, Mr. Su assumed direct of board, secretary of board, deputy-General Manager as well as director of Beijing office.

Mr. Su, graduated from Hebei University in 1992, and obtained the LLM, EMBA respectively from China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL) and University of International Business and Economics (UIBE) successively.
